Microphones & Recording Chain

I record in a professionally treated home studio using industry-standard microphones and a voiceover-specific recording chain designed for clean, consistent, broadcast-ready sound. My audio chain was built and tuned by a dedicated voiceover audio engineer to meet national broadcast and agency delivery specifications.

  • Sennheiser MKH 416 — primary audition and production microphone
  • Neumann TLM 103 — secondary microphone for select animation and character work
  • Apollo Twin X (Thunderbolt) — professional audio interface
  • Manley VO / C-Vox processing chain — real-time noise control and tonal consistency

I record from a professionally treated isolation booth in a controlled acoustic environment, ensuring a low noise floor, consistent tone, and reliable performance across sessions.

Recording & File Delivery

I record and edit on a dedicated MacBook Pro using Adobe Audition, delivering clean, broadcast-ready audio files in WAV or MP3 formats to meet client and agency specifications.
