I value transparency, trust, and respect for creative work. The following policy outlines how my voice may — and may not — be used in connection with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or synthetic voice technologies.
Permitted Use
My voice may be used only for the specific project, medium, and usage explicitly agreed upon in writing. All recordings are provided for traditional voiceover use unless otherwise negotiated.
Prohibited Use
My voice may not be:
- Used to train, develop, or refine any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or synthetic voice system
- Digitally cloned, replicated, or transformed to simulate my voice or performance
- Stored in a dataset for future AI or synthetic voice generation
- Used beyond the originally agreed scope, platform, or duration
This applies whether such use is commercial or non-commercial, internal or public-facing.
AI-Specific Licensing
Any use involving artificial intelligence, synthetic speech, voice replication, or model training requires:
- Explicit prior written consent
- A separate AI-specific agreement
- Additional compensation reflecting the scope, duration, and risk of such usage
Absent these terms, no AI-related rights are granted.
Client Assurance
I am happy to collaborate on projects involving emerging technologies when they are ethical, transparent, and mutually agreed upon. My goal is to protect both my clients and my voice while maintaining long-term creative integrity.
